My name is Amauche Chika and I'm 21 years old. I live in Durban, Ntuzuma. I have been working in the call centre environment for the past 3 years, for different campaigns such as Telesales, customer services and complaints representative for a travel agency. All I can say is that I am well spoken person and I am looking into growing to something better then being anagent as I feel I have all the experience needed in the call centre environment.
Experience
I have been working in the call centre environment for the past 3 years, for different campaigns such as Telesales, customer services and complaints representative for a travel agency. I am currently an SME were I am for a UK travel agency which is so exciting as we assist customers in post travel with any complaints about their hotel or flight issues, and we work closely with airlines to get to a resolution.

I finished my grade 12 (matric) in 2019.
