    model.

●      Ensure a detailed understanding of the client’s need is gained through

    applying detailed probing and questioning, in all client interactions.

●      Responsible for providing a detailed explanation of the full product

    offer, in context of the client’s expressed and extended need.

●      Responsible for addressing client requirements and question in a

    logical and structured manner.

●      Responsible for resolving all client queries proactively by providing an

    update on the query status within 24 hours.
