About Nokuzola Shabalala:

As a young Human Resources (National Diploma) I'm searching for a challenge and a platform to enhance my skills while also sharing the Knowledge and experience that I have gathered. Iam looking for a place that is looking to add value to the organization and the employees as well, by putting the skills of the employees to use and also offers training to its employees and I strongly believe that this organization can help me get this. 

Iam very patient about training and development because that is where I feel the employees skills, knowledge and attitude towards work can be seen and improved in order for the employee to enjoy his/her job while producing good results for the organization

3 years experience working in a Retail as sales advisor and Sales Supervisor. 

I have good customer service, and I can work well under pressure and with People. 

I'm good report writer, my administration skills is also improving daily.
