I'm young professional calm lady who is bubbly and loves interacting with different people. I am a well groomed strict individual who wants to get work done then relax later. I grew up in a rural area where respect is a must so I respect people very much. I am a friendly person and a mother of a beautiful daughter. I am a person who likes traveling and learning new things that will groom and grow me to a better professional. I am a person who believes in helping the next person grow and I would like to take my family from where we are now to a better warm home for my siblings

I'm a young ambitious adult to better my life and that of my family. I have studied travel and tourism which grew my love for the leisure industry. I have worked with Nedbank as their contact centre agent where I learnt the importance of customer services then further worked with Protea Hotel Edward as a hotel manager trainee from International Hotel School. I then worked with different hotels and grew in different departments until I became an operations manager of the hotel I am currently working with now. I am passionate about customer services hence I am applying for the Guest Services Agent post. I believe in team work and producing the best work expected and sometimes even going overboard than my post requires 

I started my career when I studied travel and tourism then grew love for customer services and hotel reception which I took as my majors and enjoyed my in-service training which I did with UGU South Coast Tourism which layed the foundation for my growth in the leisure industry. I then went to work with Nedbank as their contact centre agent which further instilled customer services  importance. I then went to study  Hospitality Management at International Hotel School then went out into the industry, I worked with Protea Hotel Edward as a Hotel Manager Trainee the worked as their Receptionist. I grew in the industry until I got to Operations Manager which is the position I hold now at the hotel I am currently in.
