Noel Doralingo

I am extremely passionate about sport and follow many different sporting codes very closely ranging from football, cricket, rugby and MMA. I also tend to keep up with tennis, F1, NBA, boxing as well as athletics. My deep love for sport pushed me to explore opportunities within the sports management field. 

Through exploring opportunities within the sports industry, I have been able to gain experience and various skills within a management capacity. My field of expertise is not limited to sport but expands into management. The qualification I possess allows me to enter many fields such as marketing, social media, sports development and events management. This makes me a versatile asset that possesses a large variety of skills. I am also willing to learn more and know that I will be able to apply that which I have learnt in an exemplary manner. 

My experience speaks to the skills I possess. I have experience in working as a member of a team and know how to work in a collaborative manner. I also have experience in a working environment that emphasises customer satisfaction which also developed my communication skills. This experience has also enhanced my attention to detail that satisfies customer needs. My experience in a marketing environment has also allowed me to develop the skill of thinking like a customer, understand what they desire and deliver with quality.

I am the type of person that will not shy away from a challenge but rather attempt to face a challenge head-on and find solutions to any problems that arise. My positive, can-do attitude ensures that I can assist in any way I can which adds value to not only the customers but the business as well.  

I do everything in my power to achieve set goals and possess the ability to get the best out of others when placed in a team dynamic. I enjoy working in a happy, vibrant, and constructive environment as this brings the best out of me. The passion I have about my field contributes to my work ethic which ensures I put in the greatest amount of effort I can into my work.
