I have over two decades of experience in various industries, including banking, insurance, hospitality, and catering.
I have a strong and vast experience background in project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales management (telephonic and face-to-face). I have managed and worked with social media teams, created content, and written articles and blogs.

Experience
I have worked in banking, insurance, hospitality, and catering. In banking, I oversaw a 300-seater call center for over 3 years.
In Insurance I was an operation for two major insurance companies in South Africa. I was involved in sales, marketing, IT and distribution.
In hospitality, I used to oversee the booking centre for all transactions inbound as well as outbound and the customer services centre that included quality control.
In catering, I was the sales and operations manager for a catering company that serviced Johannesburg. We also had two canteens and a restaurant that I oversaw.
