About Njabulo Dlamini:

A self-motivated, and diligent Process Technologist with 22- and 6-years’ experience in the Food and Beverages industry and Petro-Chemical industry respectively. Advanced analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Over 13 years’ experience in the ion exchange process and 22 years’ experience in food safety systems.

 

Experience

• Led Liquids department to achieve zero findings on Food Safety Systems, ISO 22000 and NOSA in 2015 and 2014 respectively.

• Led the fructose team to achieve 76-ton time week production in 2013

• Reduced stock powder activated carbon to 1.6kg/ton of sugar in 2013.

• Reduced water usage by 2.8kg of sugar/ litre of water through raising the bar project, plant modifications and optimisation.

• Achieved project goals through close supervision of team of 8 Artisans during shutdown and start-up.

• Reduced white sugar usage by 25%, introduced low-cost feed called return syrup, as a substitute of white sugar.

• Driving Liquids Daily Plan, Process Integrated Daily Plan (PIDP), Delivery Dates (DD), Process Cycle time Process Input and Output Monitoring System (PIMS &POMS) and Root Cause Analysis.
