Funchal fast foods I worked as a supervisor until such a time that I became manager of a singular store, I was in charge of all daily operations, ordering of stock and payments of suppliers, training of staff in the kitchen, daily cash up and costing for products as well as dealing with customers orders and grievances

The Kitchen Grill(The Grillhouse) I took part in the development of the menu and any menu changes, I helped implement health and safety standards as well as trained new staff, I worked mainly as a backline chef and able to work in other sections of the kitchen. After 3 months I was fulfilling the roll of a jnr sous chef, helping the head chef with stock take, daily ordering, took charge of the kitchen if the head chef was out
