About Nico Chinaka - Bagley:

I have been working within the fiduciary industry for over 15 years specialising in intervivos and testamentary trust administration. I am currently enrolled at Unisa for the Bcom in Law, but am pursuing the advance estate and trust diploma through the University of Free State in 2024. I am currently in Johannesburg but am looking at returning to Cape Town as all of my lives there.

I have over 15 years experience in the administration of inter vivos and testamentary trusts, attending trustee meetings and correspondence with various stakeholders

I have a diploma in business management, I am currently enrolled for a bcom law at Unisa, and am pursuing the advanced diploma in estate and trust administration through the University of Free State in 2024 in order to obtain membership to STEP
