- Business partnering with sales, finance, planning, production departments ie (Sales reports, Stock reports , Highlighting of aging stock , year end stock counts.)
- Setting up of the warehouse module for pastel evolution, which included the setting up of inventory codes, setting up import templates for upload of existing inventory.
- Co-ordinating the usage of computerized warehouse systems within the stores
- (Cable Information system).
- Raising of sales invoices , co-ordination of three way matching (PO,sales invoice , delivery notes.)
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of finished goods.

- Initial warehouse set up for the business.
- Maintaining stock control systems thus ensuring accuracy and completeness inventories.
- Reconciliation of stock, investigation and administering of stock adjustment as required provided these are in line with policy and have been signed off and approved by finance manager.

- Assisting finance with three ways matching for audits.
- Verification of imported and local inventory before offloading containers and vehicles.
