I have more than four years experience. In my previous role, I handled various clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence, which aligns well with the duties outlined in your job description, as an Admin Clerk at the Independent Electoral Commission and a Training Administrator at the Public Sector Accountancy and Audit Academy, I have developed a strong foundation in managing records, processing documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

My key responsibilities have included providing general clerical and secretarial support, which encompasses effective diary management, arranging appointments and meetings, handling routine enquiries, and ensuring effective customer service. Additionally, I have been responsible for administrative support tasks such as typing letters, submissions, memos, and minutes; arranging and preparing documents for meetings and workshops; and maintaining document registers. My logistical support duties involved raising requisitions in SAP, preparing travel requests and arrangements, assisting with procurement processes, and handling petty cash management.
