Responsibilities
- Recruitment ownership for funded programmes sourcing screening shortlisting interviews selection confirmations
- Host employer acquisition and relationship ownership across Gauteng and Western Cape
- Placement execution onboarding management in tight coordination with our PMO host employers Ensure host employer contracting documentation are current agreements annexures amendments evidence packs Reduce dropout in the first 90 days through proactive management A growing base of credible repeat host employers Clean compliance audit-ready evidence POPIA adherence
