Drive a broad range of communications, public relations, and marketing initiatives within the NLC. Develop, manage, and sustain effective work relations with all NLC Stakeholders. Ensure that all relevant strategies are implemented, and internal and external communication systems fit with the organization’s brand. Cascade corporate strategy into functional marketing and communication strategies. Develop an appropriate strategy for effective management of relationships with key stakeholders. Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities, and build relationships with key media. Develop relationships with key personnel within counterpart organizations. To enable collaborative marketing activities. Integration of other communications and reputation management functions within NLC. Ensure that internal communications facilitate a “high performance culture” within NLC.
