I am a team player,I work well under pressure and I have been into customer service for for more than 10 years and I enjoy sharing knowledge. I currently study teaching because I love sharing knowledge and getting information from others.

Experience

I have worked directly with customers at chicken licken and pick n pay as a cashier,moved to call centre in 2015 my first job in call centre was at CCI International from 2015 to 2019 where I moved to Momentum Metropolitan till date.

Education

I have matric, from there I did a short call centre course and I still studied hair and beauty in Icesa collage, currently am in the process of studying teaching via Unisa.
