My name is Ndabezinhle and I would like to apply for a position with your company as a Sos  Chef .I have worked as a Sous chef in a casino where I was responsible for the restaurant, banqueting, hotel breakfast room, outlets and could run busy pass and co-ordinate all kitchen operations whilst overseeing the effectiveness and high standard maintenance and quality of the food and presentation.I was responsible for doing all the planning and preparations, cooking, baking, preparing food whilst overlooking operational responsibilities during my shift.I'm a hands-on, very passionate,attends to detail,hard working and driven person with good leadership skills and would like to be part of your team as a leader and a team player.I work very well under pressure and no supervision,whilst concentrating towards profit optimization,reduction of loss and innovative ideas to stay with the changing industry trends and new and relevant ways of doing things in the industry whilst promoting the brand of your company.I have worked in all kitchen areas and responsible to upscale the standards of operations and quality in both cooking and baking.I have experience in Ala carte, Banqueting (Buffet,Set Menu & Finger food), I can do indoor or outdoor catering depending on the clients specification and needs.I can avail myself immediately and I am willing to relocate should my application be successful.
