A Wynberg Boys High School allumni, Nathier studied at the University of Cape Town and achieved a BSc in property studies.

I recently completed a degree in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town, a program that provided me with a solid foundation in property management principles and practices. This education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in property asset management.
My journey into the world of property asset management continued as I assumed the role of Junior Portfolio Manager in my current position. Over the past 7 months, I have had the privilege of closely collaborating with my colleague to manage the Landlord's Trust Portfolio. During this time, I have consistently demonstrated efficiency and dedication as the cornerstones of my work ethic.
I strongly believe in finding optimal solutions for challenges, a philosophy that is reflected in my portfolio management responsibilities. I meticulously handle financial reporting, revenue, expenses, and recoveries, ensuring the financial health of the portfolios I manage. Moreover, I have successfully managed budgets, and in instances of variance, I am adept at providing transparent explanations to landlords. My commitment to clear communication ensures that they are well-informed and confident in our strategies.
