Commerce NHL. With 5 years of experience as a Hospitality and Property Manager at Evergreen Lifestyle
Village, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills. Siviwe directly reports to the
Village Manager and oversees a team of 25 staff members, both directly and indirectly.

In his role, Siviwe is responsible for the smooth operation of hospitality and property management at
Evergreen Lifestyle Village, which encompasses 110 houses and 147 apartments. He manages various
aspects including contractor coordination (security, waste management, landscaping, gardening), as well
as in-house employees such as cleaners.
Siviwe's responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting inspections
and maintenance of properties, and facilitating seamless guest experiences. He maintains relationships
with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
and statutory regulations.
With his proven track record in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering
positive stakeholder relationships, Siviwe is an invaluable asset to Evergreen Lifestyle Village.
