The last employment at Morokologa Nature Reserve involved not only a rooms division manager position, but an all round camp manager at a lodge that could accommodate 83 guests, half the camp being self catering the rest being for groups which involved cooking for them, planning activities etc….. The rest of my career has always been in external sales mainly in food service, packaging in the hospitality trade.
