• Remotely and professionally assisting clients with calls that can solved remotely without the involvement of on the field Engineers and technicians.
• Logging and allocating incoming calls and assisting Engineers / Technicians in ensuring that all calls are attended to and closed and if necessary, escalating calls through following appropriate channels.
• Assisting with occasional ticket overloads on an ad-hoc basis to ensure that customer SLAs are met.
