About Naledi Modisapudi :

Taking projects from start to finish requires a comprehensive, detail-oriented mindset, which is fortunately what I specialize in. Be it organizing events, or budgeting resources, my passion and drive for successful completion have allowed me to manage projects within tight deadlines. My love for people development has also ensured that I am a great team leader and life coach.

Experience

I currently do work as a Project Manager at Unity Actions Pty (Ltd), a company with focus areas in Sports Administration and Training, Facilitating Training, Team Building, Employee Fitness, Project Management, Mining Projects and Services and Organizations Cultural Transformation. I also manage projects in Arts and Culture, Youth and Community Development for their NPO called Kgatelopele Foundation.

I hold a Bachelors of Social Science in Psychology from North West University. I also hold a Certificate in Life Coaching obtained through Academy of York which is also endorsed by COMENSA(Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).

I recently completed a Project Management Certificate with Regenesys Business School as well as a Generic Management and Leadership certificate with Sonyce Media (Pty) Ltd. 

I am passionate about youth development especially in rural communities with key drivers in arts, culture, sports, mental
health, facilitation and life coaching.

I have worked as a professional MC for Magos Media for 5 years, as well as a Community Radio Presenter for a year at Bojanala FM, making public speaking a natural gift. Talking to people from all walks of life is a privilege and being able to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves is an even greater honour.

I also freelance as a Social Science and Development Consultant with Sonyce Media and am also developing my own company, Urban Crown Solutions Pty (Ltd) which deals with talent and events management. Crowned Life Coaching is a personal development division of Urban Crown Solutions.
