About Charlene Manuel:

I have more than 15 years administrative experience. I am passionate about customer service excellence and providing support to others in my team.

I consider myself emotionally intelligent and as I've also worked in HR environments I am discreet.  I learn new systems fairly quickly and am adaptable. 

Experience

In the last 10 years I have been working in both Human Resources environments and Higher Education.   In both these I had exposure to various aspects of administration.  AT ABSA HR my duties included placement of adverts, co-ordination of interview panels and logistics, filing of recruitment documentation, reporting and tracking of vacancies. In the Higher Education sector, Omni HR Consulting I co-ordinated learning material stationery and refreshments orders, maintained a learner Management system (spreadsheet), recorded weekly attendance of learners in order for accurate stipend payments to be made, handled and investigate stipend queries. When this project ended I transferred to the HR department at Omni HR Consulting where I attended to administration.
