I would like to propose my candidacy for this position which will suite my profile in practice management, administration, coordination.  I am enthusiastically applying because I firmly believe that a combination of my natural ability, technical expertise and work experience, make me an ideal candidate.  As a talented lady, I am intimately familiar with key fields such as office management, customer care, procurement and administration.  I would also bring value to a practice like yours through my experience in the private sector, and my positive ‘can do’ attitude.  I consider myself a productive worker with a solid work ethic who exerts optimal effort to ensure all tasks given to me are completed on time and to the highest standards.  My strengths include, but are not limited to the following:

  • I’m a charismatic, passionate and calculated person.
  • I love interacting and being sociable and friendly.
  • I’m motivated a self-starter and a forward thinker who takes initiative.
  • Being committed and like being a team player. 
  • Balance is important to me, I’m also very consistent in what I do.

  • I have good negotiating and coordinating skills.  Communication is important to me.

Experience

I’m a resourceful, and highly organised administrative professional with over 15 years’ experience in a busy office as supervisor.  Rapidly assimilating and learning processes applicable to in-house operations and systems. More recent for the past 3 years I have spread my wings and learn to experience a more personal service in the medical world.  Working as a medical front office manager and a practice manager.
