Regulatory Administrator

Major Duties
 Maintaining of vigilance database pertaining to adverse events, technical failures, user errors, and recalls
 Logging product experience
 Liaising with operation and invoicing to capture all outstanding information
 Ensuring correct categorization of product experience – A/E; technical complaint or user error.
 Logging receipt of evaluation letter and doctor’s notification
 Assistance with the preparation, tracking, filling, and maintenance of hospital consignment agreements
 Preparing relevant agreement/annexure as applicable to each hospital
 Sourcing up to -date consignment sheets from inventory controllers
 Liaison effectively with relevant C/S and Managers to ensure timeous dispatch and return of agreements
 Accurate recording and filling of all agreements
 Planning Preventative Maintenance-Warehouse Only
 Recording due dates on an annual basis
 Alerting Department Heads timeously, with reminders, as to when calibration and mapping is due
 Maintaining congresses and events database
 Recording of events- indirect; direct-international and local
 Rendering business administrative Functions as required in the Department
 Maintaining Advertising and Promotion Database
 Administrative Functions Pertaining to Product Registrations
