I am a company's health and safety coordinator/facilities services administrator/receptionist. I enjoy working with people , have an interest in challenging atmosphere. My role as a facilities services administrator is very much interesting because I gather knowledge on how to deal with suppliers and as safety coordinator the company is trusting me to handle the Health and Safety Audit and arrange for them. In this role the most challenging part is when you are Audited on something that is a budget constraint and you need to come up with a plan to resolve it. I have learned in this role that safety is a priority and that as a company we need to take responsibility of ensuring that employees are safe and the environment they work under are good as per OHS rules and regulations. I am a reliable person, easy to work with and always believe in accountability.

Form my experience I have learned that  one needs to let a client vent, especially when they aren't happy with the services they get. You need to prepare yourself on how to deal with difficult clients and never throw your colleague under the bus. Own up to your own mistake and learn to apologize. Treat every client with respect and always listen to what the client say and never interrupt a client. Offer the best service that you can and never lie or assume that you know or can assist with something you do not know always reach out and seek advise when you are not sure.

I matriculated in 1993 and never had an opportunity to pursue my career in Education.  I have a certificate in Computer Literacy at CTI where I started working as a cleaner and  applied for reception position seconding the person who applied for Business Developer. I have been in this role since 2015 till date. I was appointed as a safety Coordinator and  a campus Facilities Services Administrator.
