I am currently the Applications Manager at TigerBrands, my portfolio is a made of many systems and are not only limited to these as the business grows and as new systems are introduced, they assigned to my portfolio.

I lead a team that is locally and offshore based. My position requires me to manage internal and external stakeholders.

My role also requires me to support and run internal projects as well as business as usual activities.

I tactfully provide difficult feedback and approach sensitive situations. I effectively present my ideas to groups; I frequently share relevant information with my peers so that our team as a whole can benefit. I promote a team-oriented work environment, I am happy to answer questions my peers have and often provide guidance and I publicly and privately acknowledge my peers and/or employees for a job well done. I take pride in my work and value doing my job well. I frequently challenge myself to perform better and am not afraid to ask for guidance when necessary. I value learning and regularly seek opportunities to learn something new.

I follow through on my commitments to others and keep them aware of any challenges I may face. I use my time effectively and am able to prioritize my work. I am able to work independently and within a team. 

I am committed to my personal growth and professional growth and I regularly set personal goals for myself and self-train when required, I constantly seek opportunities to connect and learn from others,  I learn quickly and am able to adapt to change.
