I have volunteered at Impumelelo of the disabled where I learned Adaptability, Patience, Kindness and Empathy, Optimism, Communication.I was working as a service assist consultant at Nedban Contac Cente .  whereby I received calls,prompt and transferred them to relevant departments also to   educate on self service banking.
