I am a dedicated Customer Service Representative and Team Leader at Dashbpo with experience supporting both customers and team members in a fast-paced environment. This is my first job and I have been a dedicated employee for over 4 years.  In addition to delivering excellent customer service, I assist with onboarding agents transitioning from training to production, providing guidance, floor support, and feedback to ensure a smooth integration and strong performance. I am committed to maintaining high service standards, meeting targets, and fostering a positive and productive team culture.

I hold a Matric Certificate and am currently pursuing a Higher Certificate in Law at the University Of South Africa to expand my knowledge and develop a strong foundation in legal principles.
