About Lizelle Flandorp:
My Curriculum Vitae will show that I have 9 years’ experience in an office environment of which 4 years are in a supervisory position. The company I currently work for is contracted by Stellenbosch Municipality and is rendering a service at the Traffic Department.
I am currently the Branch Manager of Traffic Management Technologies (TMT) at Stellenbosch Municipality. Some of my duties and responsibilities include the interacting with the public and attending to queries and complaints. Attend to the administrative recording, reporting and record keeping of documents. Collate and prepare statistical reports. Data capturing. Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all complaints/enquiries received, follow up on responses from relevant personnel. Performs specific administrative task and activities associated with operation and maintenance functions of the section. Check details and transactional communication. Assist with any reasonable instruction from time to time. Co-ordinate and controls tasks/activities associated with controlling personnel performance, productivity and discipline.
I have gained experience in combining interaction with various types of stakeholders and networking within the office and admin functions for more effective service delivery outputs. I pride myself in a proven track record of always meeting important deadlines.
My love for what I do is only exceeded by my drive to learn more about the different facets of the company I work with. With my experience and working with local government I endeavor to be of great benefit to your office and should I be considered for this position.
