Motshidisi Kalanyane

As a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative with a three year Diploma in Public Relations, I am passionate about communication and conflict resolution. This is due to the fact that I am people centric by nature. I have eight years experience in customer service that have been extremely successful and received the Most Outstanding Performance award within that period.

I always leave customers satisfied without compromising the companys' objectives. My position as a Client Liaison Officer entailed that I deal successfully with all customer complaints, refunds and ensuring that service levels remain high. This assisted me in handling pressure well. 

I pride myself in wearing different hats in my career as my CV will show. Most recently I was a student tutor to a Supply Chain Management Honours student. We succeeded in achieving an average of 85% in all our assignments and tests. I have made use of my analytic and organization skills while working as an All-rounder for a small food company. With my qualification and broad experience, I know that I am now ready for an even more challenging role. Im excited to grow as an individual and expand my wings. I know that I have yet to tap into my highest potential and I am excited to be given a chance to prove myself while bringing excellence to the organization.

I have gained the kind of experience throughout my career that instilled in me a lot of universal skills that can be used in any position of any industry. I am extremely passionate about people and interacting with them whether it be face to face, writting or otherwise.
