Service Advisor at I and S Motors:To answer customer enquiries and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner. This may include providing information about products and services, taking orders, processing payments and addressing complaints.
 

Customer Care Consultant at Edcon:Assisted clients by answering questions, resolving issues concerning their municipal billing, payments and their electrical and water readings.

CUSTOMER CARE AGENT:Addressing clients issues and resolving them first time around or within a given turnaround time should the issues not be resolved first time. Interacting with clients telephonically or via emails. Escalating unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
