Primary responsibilities in the current position include;

Drive all NPD from production.
Coordinate and Manage all projects.
Analyse, trend and recommend improvements for OEE.
Compile management reports.
Lead all trials for new wax blends.
Develop Kaizen initiatives, process improvements and process flows.
Determine process capabilities for new processes (particularly new products).
Factory 5S
Supervise and plan production for Decorative candles department. Job postings on SYSPRO  to transfer finished goods to warehouse.

My achievements from these duties have been;

Drawline OEE improvement from 66% to 70% through Kaizen initiatives. 

Successful launch of 5 new products

Acquired ISO certification after first audit.

Cost saving through successful implementation of blending of new waxes and new blend ratios.
