My name is Mothebele Daddy Ramusi, born and based at Botlokwa, Limpopo. I have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology in Business, ITIL v4 Fundamentals certification and Currently studying for my comptia A+. I am self motivated, pay full attention to detail and willing to adapt to different environments, In my spare time i read about the latest technologies and watching series. 

I have Bachelors degree in Information Technology in Business Systems which I did Network Architecture and Database Intermediate as modules with a two years experience in Desktop support which includes Attending A+ Workshop, logging calls within ticket system,First Line Support , IT asset Management, Active Directory Administration, VPN support, Hardware Support, ITIL Fundamentals and Software Maintenance
