With professional experience spanning Lungisani Drop In Centre and Famous Cuisines PTY LTD, I have honed a comprehensive skill set in IT support and maintenance. At Lungisani Drop In Centre, I managed software updates and maintenance, conducted hardware upgrades, provided printer maintenance and repair, offered network support, and resolved technical issues through troubleshooting. Transitioning to Famous Cuisines PTY LTD, I further developed my expertise by delivering technical support, overseeing hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades, configuring and updating software, providing remote support, and ensuring printer functionality and maintenance. Throughout my tenure at both organizations, I've consistently demonstrated proficiency in resolving IT challenges efficiently to optimize operational performance.

Despite encountering obstacles during my studies in Computer Science at Umfolozi Tvet and A+ certification at Boston, I acquired foundational knowledge in IT. My commitment to learning remained steadfast, leading me to pursue qualifications from the Cisco Networking Academy, including Introduction to Cybersecurity, Networking Basics, and Computer Hardware Basics. While my formal education may not have been completed as initially planned, these experiences have instilled in me a solid understanding of IT principles and practices, positioning me to excel in roles requiring technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
