Morris Kenny Ngobeni

I'm a professional mine worker,with both blasting and shift boss certificates. I have worked in the mining industry for over 21years,I started working in the mine since 2004 at Tau lekoa mine as a  ggeneral worker,hand held Rock drill,team leader,I then went to do my blasting certificate in 2009,I then got my blasting certificate in 2011.I worked as mine different companies until 2019 then I joined Murray and Robert. But during my time at Murray and Robert I went to do my Production shift boss certificate. I acted as a shift boss during that time until we got retrenched in December 2024.Im very good in communicating with people,I'm also a good listener and I always pay attention to details so I can learn,when I do my task I do it with positive attitude and always make sure that I achieve my goals and target 

 I have been a miner for 14 years,working for Anglo gold Ashanti at Tau lekoa shaft from 2011 until 2015 .in 2015 I joined Aquarius mine in kroondal rustenburg,then I 2018 I joined Royal Bafokeng platinum. In 2019 I joined Murray and Robert cementation until 2024.during my time at Murray and Robert I got my production shift boss  certificate in 2022 I also acted as a shift boss during that period. 

I did my grade 12 in 2022 which I did not complete,so I only have grade 11
