With over a decade of progressive experience in transportation and logistics, I bring a strong blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and a commitment to service excellence. 

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to optimize routes, lead dispatch team, and ensure safe, punctual deliveries. My recent role as a Route Planner at African Group Lubricants allowed me to refine logistics strategies, streamline communication between departments, and uphold high service standards. Prior to that, I served as a Dispatch Coordinator, where I implemented improvements that directly enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction. 

What set me apart is my hands-on experience across multiple logistics roles – from driver to management –combined with formal qualifications including Diploma in Transportation Management and specialized training in Imports, Exports and Incoterms. I am proficient with WMS & GPS navigation, dispatch reporting and building effective relationships with suppliers, clients and carriers

For the past five years, I have been employed in a dispatch coordinate and route planner role at African Group Lubricants. During this time, I have demonstrated solid success in scheduling tasks. My comprehensive understanding of the planning and scheduling process allows me to generate tangible results for organizations.
