• Develop sound working relationships based on trust, required to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders, including: Mamatwan Operations leadership team ,Regulators and Community stakeholders • Manage the safe execution of HSE accountable work for the Mamatwan mine. operations, including doing risk assessments to identify suitable controls for that work, and follow-up verification for control effectiveness.
