• Mentoring land reform farmers around Mpumalanga province 
• Establish and maintain inter-governmental relations to advance cooperative, Land reform farmers and cooperatives in economic development. 
• Working with The department of rural development and land reform, the department of Agriculture and Local Government (Nkangala District municipality) to advance the economy through Agriculture in the District.
• Linking farmers with research institution, market and financial institutions 
• Offer onsite production service or technical advice on soil preparation, planting, harvesting, soil sampling, fertilization program, crop monitoring (scouting for diseases and pests, conducting trials and research on updated planting and spraying programme, consulting with crop protection specialist to develop the spraying programme.
• Identifying diseases and pests on livestock, recommend the remedies to best control the conditions 
• Skill development by conducting formal and informal training 
• Planting vegetables in the tunnels and on the open field which we supplied to market and supermarkets (quality of the produce required) 
• Compiling progress report for farmers
• Business plan development and assessment
