I am a passionate individual who thrives to be successful. I am diplomatic. I love animals and nature.

I have worked in the call centre industry for the past 6 years. Overtime I have learnt how to be empathic and soft skills. I have learnt how to communicate and how to please a customer. I believe I will be fit for any customer service position.

My first real job was at TNS Market reach. I was a data capture who become a validater. In 2018 I have entered into the call centre environment and I remained there for the past 6 years.

I have work on AWS, Salesforce and excel. (There's a few others which I am unable to remember)

Education

I completed Matric. I have done a short home-based care course as well as first aid.
