About Tina Jordaan:

I am stable, hard working and my work ethics are well noted among my colleagues and superiors. Also very versatile and have filled various posts from Exec PA, HR Officer, Accounts clerks to Buildings maintenance, IT and more. My experience of accounts is practical and includes Debtors, Creditors, invoicing and costing, payroll entries, purchasing registers, etc. I have occupied high level PA posts, including at the Department of Trade and Industry and Standard Bank head office where the highest levels of confidence were needed. 

My organisational skills have been noted as superior, having organised vehicle launches from start to finish (including launches for multiple dealers) and projects such as the BMW Quality Management project (receiving international recognition for this project) and various other projects (including Project leader on new systems implementation).

Experience

  • HR duties included assisting staff with medical aids, Payroll administration, implementation of various new and existing systems/policies, disciplinary action, pension fund policies, Induction of new staff, short listing of candidates for employment vacancies, registering of disabled employees, Various reports including EE reports, assisting with staff performance appraisals (including performance management) and training needs analysis, monitoring leave and overdue leave, Employment Engagement and Termination processes, Wellness programme
  • Personal Assistant - Various organisation & support functions as PA to top management (secretarial functions would also be included)
  • Customer Relationship Manager includes client liaison, event co-ordination including provincial launches, assessment of CSI /mystery shop scores, assessment of complaints, Direct marketing campaigns, database management, Marketing Strategies, Advertising, Promotional Activities, client repurchase cycle and touchpoint management. Client Retention Vehicles, Aftersales and Finance.
  • Various projects ie QMA (set of systems/rules/policies by which all staff work), Incentive programmes, certain ‘fix it’ projects (tackling weaknesses/problem areas)
  • Stock Control includes the buying and control of turnover of stock within various asset control margins
  • Vehicle Sales Admin includes invoicing, cost analysis, cost control & allocation to GL.
  • Training of staff, ie ‘CBT’ training (basic computer based training), job specific training, determining training needs and performance coaching.
