Act as a liaison between members and stake holders i.e. sending surveys and
notifications to members as when requested.

· Prepare registrations and branding at events.
Preparation of membership and users reports for management and the
global regulatory organization. (IFPI)

· Gather information from members and users and create F.A.Q lists.
Help to organize meetings and travel arrangements (car rentals etc.)
booking venues for functions.

· Monitor office supplies and order replacement when needed.
· Send Invoices to members when requested.
Receive membership prove of payment and update payments on the
system.
·
· Capturing and managing licenses/ membership database.
Help with collection of membership fees. ·
·
Create shortlist of candidates for clients and set up interviews and
assessments.
·
· Reference checking i.e. ITC and qualification checks.
· Attend client briefs
· Brief candidates on job responsibilities, requirements, salaries and benefits.
· Updating database.
· Candidate Relationship Management.
· Reviewing SLAs and Quotations.
· Help compile employment contracts.

Bachelor of Social Science ( Major in Industrial and Organisational Psychology) -University of Cape Town
Postgraduate Diploma in organisation and management (PDOM) -University of Cape Town
