 I am dedicated to my work, eager to learn, trustworthy, and a creative person. I am a responsible person who works hard and is able to work under pressure. I don’t mind working as an individual and as a group also to meet deadlines.

• Managing a maintenance team consisting of 3 Handymen.
• Responsible for maintenance of buildings, school furniture and cleaning department. 
• Ordering of stock per department for monthly use and when required. 
• Liaising with all independent contractors regarding services and warranties, that includes but not limited to Fire equipment, Air conditioning, Pest control etc. 
• Management of all power tools, mobile equipment and vehicles. 
• Liaising with all Educators regarding urgent maintenance in their classrooms. 
• Compile Weekly and Monthly and Quarterly reports for management and Board Members regarding all departments. 
• Budget management and forecasting for the following year.
• Responsible for Health and Safety (16.2)
•  Managing a team of 10  Groundmen responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and sports fields. 
• Maintenance of sports fields, hockey, tennis, swimming pools, and (Astro turf and grass) 
• Preparation of sports and  events setups i.e.; moving tables and chairs, swimming set-up  prior to sports events.
• Maintenance of landscape garden areas and irrigation installations and repairs. 
• Checking water filtration units and pumps as well as managing boreholes.
