I have worked in the call Center industry for 2+ years working as a Team leader in different campaigns mostly US. I started as a Team Leader in a campaign called Harry and David for a year.I was than fortunate enough to get a chance to start a new campaign called 1800 flowers which was extremely successful than currently moved to EDF energy as a team leader

Completed my matric and did a 1 year course called FOMO (Microsof) in ICESA educatio.
