Mokhabelane Morahanye

Mr Morahanye is an educator, a community development enthusiast and a training consultant who is keen and passionate about entrepreneurship. Like Professor Welpe once said, 'Entrepreneurship is a necessity in our society.'  I am one person who has not only read about entrepreneurship but I have practically done it. I believe in consultative management style and believe it drives the mission and vision of the business. In my view knowledge is limitless, it is never ending. That is the reason I enjoy reading a lot in order to gain more insight into phenomenon. This creates who I am as a person with integrated outlook. I abhor dishonest scales and quickly dash out if I happen to be trapped in a masquerade party where colleagues breakaway from norms and values of an institution.

I have worked as a school manager for 1 year and as an educator for 15 years in various schools namely Leribe English Medium School, Peka High School, Sechaba High School and Rand Tutorial College. I also worked as a manager for 5 years for a district in Leribe Lesotho.  I have worked for over 21 years.

I have just obtained a Master Degree in Development Studies. In this course I did course modules as entrepreneurship and development, Conflict and Development as Project Management and Development.
