Mohau Kaibe

Mohau Daniel Kaibe is an educator at heart and holds a number of 
qualifications and to prove it, including a Secondary Education Diploma 
from Sebokeng College of Education and a Higher Education Diploma 
from the Sebokeng college of Education/ North West University as well 
as a decade of teaching experience. Mohau always had a particular 
fascination with the life sciences, and it is thus no surprise that he has 
always found himself gravitating towards these subjects in his teaching 
career. 
In 2005, Mohau realised that he wanted to make the life sciences his career, and took a first step to 
realising this goal by completing a Health Representative Diploma at Smart Group. His dream finally 
started taking shape in 2008 when he joined one of South Africa’s foremost pharmaceutical 
companies, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and then Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in 2009, where he 
discovered that he also possessed a proclivity for commercial endeavours. In 2011, Mohau got the 
opportunity to marry his three passions – teaching, science and commerce –in 2011 when he joined 
EduSciMat. In this role, he held four portfolios: Project Head (Mobile Science Lab), Training Manager 
(Maths Lab), Product Development Manager, and HOD of Sales and Marketing. Additionally, Mohau 
was a member of The Eagle Brothers Holding Investment Executive Committee.
