I'm very enthusiastic, hardworking, approachable and have a strong sense of humor, pay attention to detail, can certainly work under pressure towards achieving the organizations goals and objectives.

I have been working at Project Summit Consulting as a Freelancer Facilitator since 2019-present which has been a delightful working experience and journey.I also worked as a Tourism Safety Monitor at Pretoria National Zoological Garden as part of the learnership I have undertaken from 2020 February until 2022 March by the Department of Tourism.

I'm highly motivated and dedicated and with my strong communication and interpersonal skills, I have extensively been involved in various short courses as part of my course Adventure Tourism Management, the courses are namely: First aid level 1&2, Tour plan, Summit, Map reading and Global positioning orientation course, ARA (Adventure Recreation Association) level 1&2, First aid level 3 and Opera. I also hold two certificates that i acquired during the Tourism Safety Monitor learnership programme namely: the National Certificate in Environmental Practice and Skills Programme Achievement of Volunteer Safety Monitor with the Networx Group.

My academic experiences and practicals I have undertaken had allowed me to develop a strong time management and organizational skills which I see as very important when seeking a job, I believe that my personal attributes and skills which are: effective communication skills, computer literacy skills and those included in my skills make me suitable to be significant individual in a workplace.

I have worked at Pretoria National Zoological Garden in 2020 to 2022 as part of the Tourism Safety Monitor learnership I've done by the Tourism Department. I have worked in so many areas at the zoo which gave me a lot of experience and knowledge on the workyking industry. I worked at the reception as a switchboard director, guest relations office, Ticket Sales, Access Control, Patrolling, Monitoring the safety of the environment, also alerting awareness of covid 19 to tourists. My skills include repot writing, can do attitude, problem solving, Microsoft office, working under pressure, paying attention to detail, telephone etiquette, communication and customer service. 

I have completed my National Diploma in Adventure Tourism Management graduate with the Tshwane University of Technology in 2018.
