Mine Brooks

We are a couple looking for a hotel management position. We roughly have 10 years of experience in hotel/lodge/ guest house management.  Both worked in UK and Scotland in the hotel and lodge industry from 3 to 5 star.  She has strong admin skills, bookings, FOH, F&B, Opera, Micros, and silver service ect. He has strong management skills, bar, restaurant, silver service, Micros, Opera, maintenance (electrical, mechanical, plumbing ect) Farm management, 16.2 Health& Safety, fire fighting and Health and safety representative certificates.  We both have valid drivers licence, both fully vaccinated and healthy.  We have our own transport, no children only a small dog (Jack Russel) and cat.  We are very hard working and honest people.
