I am a bubbly, well-spoken character who always looks smart and professional. I am fluent in English with a great sense of humor. My personality is warm and caring and therefore I make passengers feel at ease whenever I am dealing with them. I am more than able to create a positive in-flight experience with my enthusiastic and passionate manner.
