I am a highly diverse and driven individual, that has used my abilities and personality to grow rapidly within the hospitality industry, i am an all rounder and able to work in various departments. My knowledge and relationships i built within the industry helped me excel to be a well respected manager in the many properties i had been located at.

Training and developing staff has always been one of my key focuses, ensuring your team is well adept in each of their areas ensures a fully operational and well maintained department. Policies and procedures are always been a focus, as if staff follow standard operating procedures that have been put in place, no issues that we cannot handle will arise.

I have found to be very likable and pleasant with guests, and have always received positive feedback, even when issues or complaints are sent in my direction.

Problem solving and difficult situations have also been a strength of mine, as thinking on your feet is a very valuable trait i hold.

I adapt well to an ever changing environment,  as well as have a resilient personality.
