Michelle is dynamic and outgoing. She has a passion for all things Marketing, people and business. She is analytics-focused and has a flair for numbers, equations and technology.  She has a good combination of right and left-brain attributes, being both creative and logical. 

Michelle has great interpersonal skills, she's a hard-worker, fast learner and is always looking to grow her skillset! 

Travelstart: June – December 2022 
Intern: Project management, content writer, asset builder, social media and data analyst.

Responsible for project management for around 90% of the marketing projects and did the Quality Analysis for all projects. These projects consisted of web push notifications, app push notifications, app cards, a google my business notification as well as an email. 
Did the content for three weekly projects as well as helped the content writer with copy when required. 
Wrote and updated blogs in Wordpress as well as created some Facebook and IG posts.
Did social media analysis reports in Buffer and built the Web Page Notifications and the App push notifications on WebEngage. 
She was also responsible for reviewing the designs before the Assets were built and asked for alterations where necessary.
She completed a short course in Google Analytics. Every second week she and her manager would look at data statistics from WebEngage and Google Analytics and he would explain his analysis of the data.  

Telesure Holdings Company: February 2021

She spent a month job shadowing multiple groups within TIH’s (Telesure Insurance Holdings) large marketing department and got exposure to multiple marketing aspects, from PR to media to the Data Scientist team etc. 
She gained insight into what it took to run a Brand, Digital Marketing (transformation, design, SEO, search, social media etc,), DM, generic, operations and some sales exposure.
She enjoyed learning about the brands and their marketing campaigns as well as digital marketing as a whole.
 

Elite Search and Selection Recruitment agency: January 2019 & Feb-April 2023

She did vacancy work while studying at Elite which is an ICT/IT recruitment agency for 2 weeks in 2019 as well as 3 months contract working as a Jnr Recruiter in 2023.
Her role involved assisting with any marketing or branding exercises, sourcing ICT specialist candidates and matching them to their clients requirements, clients included Vox Telecoms, MTN, Saicom Telecoms and Seacom.
She also accompanied Recruiters to client meetings and she sat in on candidate interviews. 
 

Hardy Boys (Advertising Agency): 2017

She did three days of observation at Hardy Boys for her Life Orientation project in grade eleven. The aim of the project was to shadow someone working in her field of interest I.E. Marketing.
