  • Tracing by playing with numbers to allocate payments with no proof of payment nor customer details.
  • Allocate payments to charged off, sold or prescribed accounts.
  • Update payments on excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide refunds to customers with credit balances on their accounts.
  • Allocate payments to staff accounts.
  • Transfer payments from one account to another.
